Resaca Man Arrested For Lewd Behavior
Sheriff Mitch Ralston Reports:
At about 10:15 a.m. Saturday morning (June 22), deputy sheriffs responded to a report of lewd behavior at a market in Resaca. Deputies met with witnesses who’d observed a man lewdly expose himself in the parking lot. The witnesses included a small girl. Deputies quickly located the man’s automobile and apprehended him. This individual resisted arrest but was brought under control after a brief foot pursuit and taken to the county jail. He was identified as one Jose Bictol Gonzalez, age 36, of 1092 Hall Memorial Road. He was subsequently charged with 1 count of Indecent Exposure, 1 count of Obstructing Peace Officers, and 1 count of Child Molestation due to the evidence that the act took place in the presence of a minor child. He remains in jail pending bond proceedings.
