Plainville Woman Arrested For Methamphetamine Trafficking

On Thursday afternoon (March 15), Sheriff’s detectives received a confidential tip that a Plainville woman was engaged in trafficking methamphetamine. Acting swiftly, detectives conducted a search of the home of Mary Louise Elmore, age 49, at 302 Brickyard Road, Plainville, where they discovered and seized several ounces of methamphetamine for resale. Elmore was arrested without incident at the home and taken to the county jail. She has been charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. The methamphetamine has a ‘street’ value of over $8,000.00. Elmore is being held pending bond proceedings.
