Sheriff’s Auxiliary Donates to Winner’s Club

Sheriff Mitch Ralston Announces:

Today, September 25, the Sheriff’s Auxiliary presented a donation of $1,000.00 to The Winner’s Club. Director Alan Robertson accepted the check on behalf of the local non-profit organization at the Sheriff’s Office. The Winner’s Club is a service organization for children founded in 1968. It is dedicated to “changing Gordon County for the better, one child at a time”. Sheriff Ralston said, “It is a great privilege once again on behalf of the Auxiliary to donate to the Winner’s Club. The Winner’s Club has positively impacted so many lives here in our community for nearly 50 years, and I am proud that the Auxiliary takes a role in assisting them in their mission. Alan, his Board of Directors, and the staff and volunteers are truly wonderful and dedicated individuals. They all have the “servant’s heart”. I also want to praise and commend all of the Auxiliary members who’ve made this possible.
