Deputies Arrest Wanted Duo in Connection With Interstate Thefts

Sheriff Mitch Ralston Reports:

At about 8 p.m. Friday evening (April 19), deputy sheriffs received a LOOKOUT for an automobile allegedly involved in “smash and grab” robberies in Tennessee. A short time later, Gordon County deputies stopped a Georgia automobile matching the description of the suspect vehicle on Interstate 75 Southbound near Highway 225. The car was occupied by a pair of Georgia men, subsequently identified as General Grant Foreman, age 30, of Pembroke, Georgia, and Terry Andrews, age 35, of Locust Grove Georgia. Both men were arrested at the scene without incident as fugitives. A search of the interior of their automobile revealed an array of stolen goods valued at over $21,000.00 including designer purses, credit cards, and gift cards. Both men were lodged in the county jail charged with being Fugitives From Justice from Tennessee, and also Receiving Stolen Property.
