Wednesday, January 23rd, 2013 Deputies Arrest Dalton Man For Residential Burglary Sheriff Mitch Ralston Reports: On Friday evening, January 18th, deputy sheriffs were dispatched to a private residence on Roland Hayes Parkway in response to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, the deputies found a van stuck in the mud in the front yard. Detectives questioned the driver of the van, one Justin L. Shutley, age 24, of 402 Arrowhead Road, Dalton, Georgia, and arrested him for Burglary of the residence. Items taken from within the home were found inside the van and returned to the owner. Shutley was booked into the county jail and later released on $10,000.00 bond.
